2. Products and Availability

We strive to present our products accurately — images, descriptions, and dimensions — but slight differences may exist. Item availability may change without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you promptly to offer a full refund or an equivalent alternative.

3. Price and Payment

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and other options available at checkout.
  • Prices may change without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed.

4. Delivery

Furnish Direct ships across Canada via our partner carriers. Delivery times and fees are displayed before you confirm your order. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays attributable to carriers.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • You have 30 days after receipt to return a product, provided it is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items (mattresses, personalized products, etc.) are excluded from returns for hygiene or logistical reasons.
  • Free returns if the product is defective or if the error is ours.
  • For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Home collection is possible — a quote will be provided based on the item's size and weight.
  • Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, typically within 5 to 10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

6. Warranty

Some products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects or material flaws. Conditions and durations may vary depending on the product. In case of a problem, contact us with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect found.

7. Liability

Furnish Direct cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, losses, or costs related to the use of our products, unless otherwise provided by applicable Canadian law.
