No, we only deliver to verified physical addresses. P.O. boxes are not accepted.

Ameublo Direct uses FedEx, Canpar, UPS, and Day & Ross depending on your region.

Contact us immediately with your delivery address, postal code, and phone number. Our customer service will correct the situation manually for you.


⏱️ When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. No shipments are made on weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours.

Carriers require a phone number to contact you in case you are absent, if the driver cannot find the address, or in case of damage or loss of the package during transit.


πŸ” How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Click on this number to access real-time details.

If you have not received your tracking number or if your item is not delivered within 9 business days following our confirmation email, please contact us immediately.


✍️ Do I need to sign for delivery?

Most of the time, no signature is required. The driver may leave the package at your door if no one is present.


🏠 I was not home at the time of delivery. What happens?

The delivery person may leave the package at your door. If this is not possible, two delivery attempts will be made. If you miss the second attempt, you will need to pick up your package at the carrier's drop-off point before it is returned to the warehouse.

  • Write "Damaged package" upon receipt
  • Contact us immediately by email with photos
  • Do not discard the original packaging β€” it is required for the claim with the carrier

We will process your case and send you the necessary parts or a replacement depending on the situation.

The guaranteed delivery date is the one indicated in your confirmation email. A delivery attempt made on or before this date is considered compliant, even if no one was present.

The following cases are not covered:

  • Incorrect address or postal code provided by the customer
  • Orders for which a return has been requested
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.)
