Delivery Policy

At Furnish Direct, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, easily, and at no extra cost.

1. Delivery and Fees

🚚 Free Delivery Across Canada

All our items are shipped free of charge across Canada, with the exception of the following regions:

  • Yukon
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut
  • Certain rural or remote areas

Deliveries are not available for postal codes starting with: A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, A2V, G0G, G4T, J0M, R0B, T0P, T0V, T0T, V0L, V0V, V0W, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0G, X0E, X1A, Y0A, Y0B, and Y1A.

⚠️ Any order placed with an ineligible postal code will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

2. Delivery Times

  • Ontario: between 1 and 3 business days after shipment
  • Rest of Canada: between 2 and 5 business days depending on destination

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours. You can track your delivery status directly with the carrier.

3. Instructions Upon Receipt

  • If you are absent at the time of delivery, the package may be left at your door.
  • The carrier will make up to two delivery attempts. If you miss the second attempt, you will need to pick up your order at a relay point before it is returned to our warehouse.

4. Damage, Theft, or Loss

  • If your package arrives damaged, write "Damaged Package" when you receive it, then contact us immediately.
  • Do not discard the original packaging — it may be required for a claim with the carrier.
  • Furnish Direct does not assume direct responsibility for damage, theft, or loss occurring during transit. However, we will take the necessary steps with the carrier to assist you as best as possible (replacement or parts depending on the situation).

5. Warehouse Pickup

We do not offer warehouse pickup service. All orders are shipped directly to your delivery address across Canada.
