⚠️ Please note: We do not accept in-person returns. All returns are exclusively handled by carrier.

1. Return Period

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, provided the product is in its original condition.

2. Free Returns (Defective or Damaged Items)

  • If a product is defective or damaged, the return is entirely free.
  • Contact us promptly with your order number and, if possible, photos or videos of the defect to expedite the processing of your case.

3. Other Returns (Non-Defective Items)

  • For a standard return (non-defective item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you wish to arrange a home pickup, fees may apply depending on the size and weight of the item. We will provide you with a quote before confirming the pickup.

4. Condition of Items to be Returned

All returned items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • Accompanied by their original accessories and packaging

5. Refund

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund you via your original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days.

6. One-Year Warranty

Each product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing or material defects.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Improper installation
  • Product modification by the customer
