What to know before you start
Who can use it?
You must be 18 or older, live in Canada, pay in Canadian dollars and ship to a Canadian address. Eligibility is assessed by Affirm Canada on every order — it isn't guaranteed in advance and may vary by province or territory.
Does it work on any amount?
The program covers orders from $35 to $30,000 (taxes and shipping included). Under $35, installments aren't offered. Above $999.99, only the interest-bearing monthly plans are available.
Does it cost more than paying all at once?
On an every-two-weeks plan at 0%, no: the total is exactly the listed price. On a 3, 6 or 12-month plan, yes — interest is added, and the full amount is shown to you before you accept.
What if I return an item?
Our 30-day return policy applies as usual. The refund is processed through Shop Pay and your remaining payments are adjusted accordingly.
Who handles the financing?
Shop Pay Installments is provided in Canada by Affirm Canada Holdings Ltd. Ameublo Direct does not lend money and has no access to your credit file: we are paid in full, you settle with Affirm.
